commissioners and inspectors of the second election district, to
cause to be published at the close of each and every year, at
the expense of the school districts, in their said election dis-
tricts, a synopsis, shewing the aggregate of the state fund and
apportionment of the same, in some convenient newspaper, for
the information of the public.
