SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That each school district shall

report to the levy court an accurate statement of all moneys

school fund for Dorchester county, except the several sums
appropriated for the benefit of the academies at New-Market
and Cambridge, together with that portion of the surplus reve-
nue which may hereafter be applied to the use of Dorchester
county, and the amount levied on said county, shall constitute
a consolidated fund for the use of primary schools in said
