puch person so returned, shall; upon application by him be dis-
charged by (said court,
He-enacted by 1834, ch. 211, gee, 4, and by 1834, ch. 233.

Repeal.

SEP. 4, And be it enacted, That so much of the act to which
this is a. supplement as is inconsistent with, or repugnant to the
provisions of this act, shall be and the same is hereby repealed.

Additional
fees.

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That for the purpose of providing
the amount of compensation intended to be secured by an act
passed at December session, 1828, chapter 127, there shall be
paid to the clerk of Baltimore county court, over and above all
fees at present demandable at law, and in addition to the fees
prescribed by the eighth section of an act passed at December
session, 1828, chapter 161, the sum of one dollar each, by every
insolvent debtor residing in the city pf Baltimore, on the day
limited for tys appearance before the said court for a final hear-
ing; on every execution, or writ in the nature thereof, at the
time of taking out the same, fifty cents ; on every judgment
entered on verdict, confession, inquisition, default or non-
pross, by the party against whom such judgment may be given,
twenty-five cents ; on every fieri facias on judgment, or against
bail, fifty cents; on every condemnation entered upon any
attachment against property at the time of entering security on
such condemnation, fifty cents ; on the granting of every appeal
bond, twenty five cents; on each petition of an insolvent debtor
for an extension of the time of his appearance, fifty cents; to
be paid at the time of filing said petition ; and the bond of the
clerk of said court, shall be answerable therefor; and it shall be
the (Juty of the said clerk to account for and pay over, quarterly,
all money by him so received, to the treasurer of the western
shore, retaining only a commission at the rate of five per
centum, for his trouble, in receiving and paying the said
money according to this act ; and the treasurer of the western
shore shall apply the money so received agreeably to the pro-
visions of the act, in this section first mentioned, and in such
mariner as that all arrearages of compensation shall be paid, and
deficiencies therein that may have accrued, or hereafter shall
accrue, in any year, may be paid out of the excess of receipts of
any other year or years, if there be any such excess.

SEC.1. Be it enacted, by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That from and after the passage of this act, it shall not be the
duty of the clerk of Baltimore county court to record at full
length, or make up a complete record of the proceedings on any
application for the benefit of the insolvent laws of this state,
