SEC. 3. And be it enacted. That the assistant inspectors
shall, at the end of every month, pay over, with an account
under oath, to the general inspector, all moneys received by

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the general inspector of

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That in addition to the brand

SEC* 6. And be it enacted, That in all cases of appeal from
