Wednesday of October of each year, for the purpose of making

 

all proper corrections in their respective lists of voters and finally

 

concluding the same, before handing them over to the said

 

judges of election ; and the said registers, when so met shall

 

add unto their several lists the names of all persons, not pre-

 

viously registered, who are or will be entitled to vote, in their

 

respective wards, at the election on the said first Wednesday of

 

October then ensuing, who the said registers shall be satisfied,

 

either from their own knowledge or other testimony as required

SEC. 13. And be it enacted, That in case any judge of elec-
