Sfic. 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That in all cases of misdemeanors which may hereafter be pro-

dual or individuals where the party or parties so prosecuted

shall be acquitted, all the legal costs and expenses attending
|

any such prosecution, shall be paid by the individual or indi-

viduals at whose instance such prosecution was commenced,
|
|
unless the judges of the said court, or a majority of them, shall
|
|
certify that there was probable cause for such prosecution.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted. That such process may be issued
