Repeal.

Be it enacted, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
|
|
the act of the general assembly of Maryland, entitled, an act
|
|
to provide for the more complete administration of justice, in
|
|
equity cases in Allegany county, passed at December session,
|
|
eighteen hundred and thirty, chapter thirty, shall be, and is
|
|
hereby repealed.

Be it enacted,^ by the General Assembly of Maryland, That

ask, demand and receive, for all persons committed to the gaol

of said county, the sum of twenty-five cents per day for each

prisoner, to be levied and received according to law, in lieu of

under the penalty of five pounds for every deer so killed or

destroyed, to be recovered in the county court of the county
|
|
where the said offence shall be committed, by indictment or in-
|
|
formation, one-half of which said sum of five pounds shall be
