AN ACT to repeal the several Acts of Assembly respecting the Herding

 

of Cattle in Allegany County. — 1820, ch. 91.

 

Be it enacted, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That

AN ACT to authorize two Justices of the Peace, to Judge and Approve of

 

the security in cases therein mentioned. — 1824, ch. 63.

 

SEC. 1. Be it enacted ', by the General Assembly of Maryland,
