AN ACT relating to the Commissioner of Loans.

SEC. 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the governor be, and he is hereby authorized and directed,
to surrender the bond of the late commissioner of loans, as soon
as he produces the receipt of the present commissioner of loans,
for the balance now on deposite to his credit, in the Union
Bank of Maryland.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That it shall and is hereby de-
clared to be the duty of the commissioner of loans, to deposite
all money which he receives by virtue of his office, to the credit
of the commissioner of loans of the state of Maryland.
