Article 5. Assistant Warden. — This officer shall aid the war-

up, and see that all is safe; his duties shall be mostly of a

supervisory character over the whole prison, but shall discharge

specific duties when assigned to him.

Article 6. Deputy Keepers. — They shall continue at all times,

day and night, within the prison, unless by permission of the

Article 7. Physician. — The physician shall visit the prison
at least once in each day, at a certain hour, and whenever his
