D. respondent, it was ordered, adjudged, sentenced
and decreed by our said judge, that the
said A.B. should pay unto the said C. D. the
sum of
and also that the
said A. B. should pay unto the said C. D. the
quantity of
pounds of tobacco
allowed for his reasonable costs and charges by
him about his suit in that behalf laid out and
expended, and so forth: and whereas the said
decree as yet remains to be complied with, we
therefore command and firmly enjoin you that
you attach the goods or chattels of the said A.
B. until he shall satisfy or comply with our sentence
and decree so as aforesaid made, and how
you shall execute this our precept, that, you
make known unto our commissary general and
judge for probate of wills, as aforesaid, at our
prerogative court to be held at the city of Annapolis
the second Tuesday of
next, and
have you then and there this precept. Witness
