having first taken an oath,
well
and truly to administer the said goods, chattels
and credits according to the tenor and effect of
the said testament, and according to law; and to
make or cause to be made a true and perfect inventory
of all and singular the goods, chattels
and credits which were of the said deceased, at
the time of death, together
with a list of
the debts sperate and desperate which have,
may, or shall come to hands,
possession
or knowledge, appraised in money, as also to
render a just and true account of, and upon
said administration therein; touching which inventory
is presently assigned to perform,
or at furthest on or before the
day of
now next ensuing, and an account
within twelve months from the date of these
Presents.
