by our commissary general and judge for probate
of wills, and granting administrations within
the province aforesaid, the last will and testament

county, deceased, was in
common form of law proved, approved, and
exhibited, a copy of which to these presents
annexed, and administration of all and singular
the goods, chattels and credits of the said deceased,
lying and being within
and any way concerning his will, was granted
