your country, not exceeding fifty pounds current
money, and in case any doubt or difficulty
shall arise in the particulars of such accounts,
or in the probate of any will, or granting letters
testamentary, or of administration, then you
are to transmit the same, and all things thereunto
relating to the office for probate of wills
&c. by me to be determined and decided, and
in all other things thereto relating, you are to
act, and do, as to the office and place of deputy
commissary belongeth, taking and reserving
to yourself such fees, profits and perquisites, for
the same, as by act of assembly of this province
is given or granted to such officer or officers, in
each respective county of this province, as now
are, or hereafter shall be authorised and appointed;
provided always, that you the said
C. D. shall, and do from time to time, and
at all times hereafter, as occasion shall serve,
and without delay transmit an account of your
proceedings therein to the office for probate of
wills at Annapolis, within two months at furthest,
after such proceedings made in your office; to
have and to hold the said office or place of deputy
commissary of W. county as aforesaid,
during pleasure.
