To AC. D. of W. county, gentleman, greeting
--For as much, as, I do repose especial
trust and confidence, in your candour and integrity,
as well as judgment and discretion in
testamentary affairs, and your ready inclination
to do equal right and justice to all persons
therein any ways interested, or concerned,
have therefore nominated, deputed, and appointed,
and by these presents do nominate, depute
and appoint you the said C. D. to be deputy
commissary under me, in the county of
W. (according to act of assembly,) for the taking
the probate of wills and granting letters testamentary
thereon, letters with a copy of the will
annexed, and letters of administration, to
such persons to whom the same of right
doth belong, also to receive and take all
accounts of the estates of persons deceased in
