Members: 3, appointed by the governor as follows: 1 from the Maryland
Fire Underwriters Rating Bureau; 1 licensed moving picture
machine operator; and 1 licensed motion picture exhibitor.

Term: 2 years concurrent.

Removal: No statutory provision.

Employees: None.

Function: To examine, license, and supervise motion picture machine opera-
tors in Baltimore City.

Board of Dental Examiners

Established By: Md. Code Ann., art. 32, § 2.

Head: President selected by the Board members.

Members: 6, appointed by the governor from names recommended by the
Maryland State Dental Association.

Term: 6 years.

Removal: By the governor for neglect of duty.

Employees: No statutory provision.

Function: To regulate the practice of dentistry and dental hygiene.
