The bill entitled, an Act to repeal an Act entitled, an Act
to prohibit the granting of licenses for the sale of spirituous
or fermented liquors or lager beer at or near Woodberry Fac-
tory, in Baltimore county, passed March 7th, 1864, chapter
206;

Was read the third time and passed by yeas" and nays as
follow :

Holton,
Jump,
Kimmel,

AFFIRMATIVE.

Mr. Mackall submitted the following order :

Ordered, That the same amount of extra compensation be
paid the officers of the Senate as was paid to the officers of
the last regular session of the General Assembly, and that
the members of the engrossing committee and their clerks be
paid each one hundred dollars for extra services.

Which was read and adopted.

The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Beneficial Sav-
ing Fund Society of Baltimore,
