to which was referred the bill entitled, an Act to add a new
section to Article 10 of the Code of Public General Laws
entitled, "Attachments," reported it without amendment;

The bill was then read the second time.
On motion by Mr. Davis, of Caroline,
The Senate adjourned until to-morrow at 10 o'clock.

FRIDAY, March 22, 1867.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates delivered the follow-
ing messages:

March 21, 1867.
Gentlemen of the Senate:

We have received your message, proposing to rescind the
joint resolution to adjourn the two Houses sine die on the 22cl
March, at 12 o'clock M., and continue in session until the
public business be transacted, and concur therein.
