The Senate took up for consideration the bill entitled, an
Act to provide for the selection, drawing and summoning of
juries in the several counties, and prescribing their qualifica-
tions.

The bill was read the third time and passed by yeas and
nays as follow :

Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates returned the follow-
ing bills:

A bill entitled, an Act to repeal sections 5 and 8 of the
Act passed at the January session, 1864, chapter 15 entitled,
ah Act to aid and encourage enlistments into the Maryland
regiments in the service of the United States, and also to re-
peal sections 4 and 5 of the Act passed at the January sas-
sersion, 1865, chapter 33 entitled, an Act to provide bounty
for soldiers entering the service of the United States to fill
the quotas of Maryland under the call of the President of the
United States of December, 1864, and under future calls,

Endorsed, "passed by yeas and nays."

A bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Still Pond and
Sassafras Wharf Company at Crews' Landing, in Kent
county, on Sassafras River,

Endorsed, "passed by yeas and nays."
