The bill entitled, an Act to require the County Commis-
sioners of Frederick county, to pay for the printing and pub-
lishing ordered by the late officers of Registration, in said
county; being under consideration,
Mr. Bowie submitted the following amendment:
Amend title, by inserting "Caroline" after the word
"Frederick," and by striking out "county" and inserting
"counties" in the second and third lines, the word "amend,"
first section, by inserting "Caroline" after "Frederick," in
second line, and by striking out "county," and inserting
"counties" in the second and fifth lines of first section;
Which was read and adopted.
The bill was then read the second time.

The bill entitled, an Act to amend the Act of 1860, chap-
ter 303, entitled, an Act to carry into effect the 8th section
of the Act entitled, an Act for the promotion of Internal Im-
provements, passed at the December session 1835, chapter
395, by applying the unappropriated part of the appropria-
tion made by said Act for the purpose of Internal Improve-
ments in Worcester county, to the construction of the Wor-
cester Rail Road, and the Wicomico and Pocomoke Rail
Road;
Being under consideration,
The Committee on Internal Improvements submitted the
following amendment:
Amend by inserting in" 6th line, section 1, after the word
"dollars,", "'provided that the said thirty-five thousand dol-
