Gentlemen of the House of Delegates :

We have received your message requesting the return of
Senate bill entitled, Cecil and Harford Counties Boom Com-
pany.

We respectfully inform you that the bill has been passed
by the House of Delegates, and acccording to a late decision
of the Senate of Maryland, cannot now be reconsidered.

proposed Act for the sale of the State tobacco warehouses ;

Which was read and referred to the committee on that sub-
ject.

Also, delivered the bill entitled, an Act to appropriate a
