pay the claim of Thomas K. Robson, Will H. Lowdertnilk,
Jas. S. Downs, Plummer and Usilton, E. E. Ewing, William
H. Councel and William Boulden, for printing the Governor's
proclamation and the laws of Maryland;

fairs for articles of American manufacture;
