tee on Judicial Proceedings.

A bill entitled, an Act supplementary to an Act passed
February 6, 1866, chapter 144, entitled, an Act to repeal the
1st section of the Act of 1865, chapter 87, and to amend and
re-enact sections 55, 59 and 60, of the second article, of the
Code of Public Laws of Anne Arundel county, relating to
the sale of spirituous liquors to minors, in the city of An-
napolis;
