Warehouses of the State, in the city of Baltimore, and for
the building of new Warehouses on deep water;
Which was read the first time.

Mr. Stephenson moved to refer said bill to the Committee
on Finance,

Determined in the affirmative.

The bill entitled, an Act to add an additional article to
the Code of Public General Laws entitled, Sale of Agricultu-
ral products;

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

The bill emitled. an Act to repeal sections 106, 107, 108,
109 and 110, of article 81 of the Code of Public General
Laws, entitled, Revenue and Taxes, and relating to tax on
executors and administrators commissions ;

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

On motion by Mr. Stephenson,
Said bill was referred to the Committee on Finance.

The bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Maryland and
Delaware Canal and Railroad Company ;

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

The bill entitled, an Act to .provide an additional poll for
election district "No. 2, in Frederick county, and amendatory
of an Act passed by the General Assembly on the first day of
February, 1862, chapter 53, to divide said district into two
polls, and to repeal all Acts inconsistent with this Act; was
On motion by Mr. Bowie,

Ordered to lie over.

The bill entitled, an Act to pay Cushing & Bailey, J. E.
& G. Munroe, and Thomos A. Makibbin;

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

The bill entitled, an Act to assist the Childrens' Aid So-
ciety, in the city of Baltimore, to develope and carry out their
charitable purposes ;

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading ;

On motion by Mr. Tome,

Was read the third time by special order, three-fourths con-
curring, and passed by yeas and nays as follow :
