The bill entitled, an Act to provide for the restoration of
the Records, Indexes, Dockets and papers destroyed or injur-
ed by fire in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for
Baltimore county;

Was made the order of the day for Friday, the 15th inst.,
at 12 o'clock M.

The bill entitled, an Act for the relief of Capt. R. Jones, of
St. Mary's county, from any responsibility to the State of
Maryland, for the preservation of arms;

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follow :

and Halls Spring's Railway Company;
