No. 363.—An act to pay Frederick Sasscer, Clerk of the
Circuit Court of Prince George's county fees due him by the
State.

No. 364. An act to create the office of Lumber In-
spector and Wood Corder for the Pocomoke River.

No. 365. An act for the benefit of the Library Company
of the Baltimore Bar.

No. 366. An act making appropriations for the support of
the Government for the year ending on the first day of Jan-
uary, 1869.

No. 367. An act to repeal sections 806, 807, 808, 809, 810
811, 812, 813, 814, 815, 816, 817, 818, 819, 820, 821 and
822 of article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws of the city of
Baltimore, and chapter 131, passed at the December session
of 1861, entitled an act to repeal sections 806, 807, 809, 810,
811, 815 and 821 of the fourth article of the Code of Public
Local Laws relating to Baltimore city and the organization
of a Board of Police therefor and to re-enact the same with
amendments, the additional sections adopted by the act of the
General Assembly, passed at the session of 1864, ch. 42, the
additional sections adopted by the act of the same session of 1864,
chapter 244, and the act of the session of 1865, chapter 46,
for the establishment of a police force for the city of Balti-
more, and to re-enact with amendments, and to enact the ad-
ditional sections 823, 824, 825 and 826.

No. 368. An act to repeal sub-section 5, of chapter 194, of
Laws of Maryland, passed January Session 1865, entitled,
an act to repeal and re-enact sections 5, 26 and 27, of an act
passed January Session 1864, chapter 346, entitled, an act to
amend article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, relating
to the leasing of the State Tobacco Warehouses, and the in-
spection of Tobacco, and to re-enact the same, also to repeal
sections 9, II, 12, 15, 17, 18, 19, 22, 25, 26, 27 and 28, of
chapter 346, of laws of Maryland, passed January Session
1864, and to re-enact the same with amendments; and to an-
nex additional sections to come in after section 50 of said act.

' No. 369. An act to incorporate the Woodstock college of
Baltimore county.

No. 370. An act to compensate Francis A. Prevost for

services rendered as assistant clerk in the office of the clerk of
