No. 338. A supplement to an act, passed at January ses-
sion, 1852, entited an Act to incorporate the Santa Clara
Mining Association of Baltimore, authorizing said association
to make and enforce payment of calls or assessments upon its
capital stock.
No. 339. A supplement to an Act entitled, an Act to in-
corporate the Peabody Institute of the city of Baltimore,
passed on the ninth day of March, 1858,, chapter 209.
No. 340. An act to authorize Nicholas Hammond, ad-
ministrator of Nicholas H. Green, late Clerk of the Circuit
Court for Anne Arundel county to complete the unfinished
records and business in said office, and to collect the fees due
to said Green.
No. 341. An act supplementary to an act entitled an Act
to provide for the general valuation and assessment of pro-
perty in this State, passed at the extra session of the General
Assembly in the year 1866, chapter 157.
No. 342. An act to repeal section 39 of article 20 of the
Code of Public Local Laws, entitled Talbot county, and to
re-enact the same.
No. 343. An act to incorporate the Beneficial Society of
the Laboring Sons of Frederick city.
No. 344. An act lo provide for the runing of the Balti-
more City Passengenger Railway Cars on Sunday, supple-
mentary to an act to incorporate the Baltimore City Pas-
senger Railway Company, passed February 13, 1862, chap-
ter 71.

I, Maryland, of the Independent Order of Good Templars of
Keediesville Washington county.
No. 346. An Act to extend the time allowed the citizens
of East New Market in Dorchester county, under the act of
1860, chapter 311, to organize their incorporation by the
election of officers.
No. 347. An act to incorporate the Horse Thief Detective
and Live Stock Insurance Company of Buckeystown.
