No. 175. An act to authorize and empower the Trustees of
the "Union church of Liberty Town, in Frederick county, to
convey certain church property in said Town to Thomas W.
Wilson and others, Trustees of the Methodist Protestant
church in said Town, and to incorporate said Trustees.
No. 176. An act to incorporate the Maryland hotel com-
pany in the city of Annapolis.
No. 177. An act to appropriate a sum of money for ser-
vices rendered the State by Luther H. Gadd, in the adjust-
ment and payment of claims for bounty to volunteers under
the acts for 1864, providing payment of bounty to volun-
teers.
No. 178. An act for the relief of Thomas Lusby, John
Haddaway and S. Franklin Smith, and to appoint commis-
sioners to assess damages sustained by them in the opening of
a public road through their lands.
No. 179. An act to repeal section 92 of article 30 of the
Code of Public General Laws, title, crimes and punishments,
sub-title Kidnapping.
No. 180. An act to authorize Frederick Sasscer, clerk of
the Circuit Court for Prince George's county to transcribe or
have transcribed the old chancery docket in his office from
September, 1803, to November, 1851, in the manner and form
prescribed by law.
No. 181. An act to incorporate the President and Directors
of the Carroll Fire Insurance Company of Baltimore.
No. 182. An act to incorporate the Quaker Neck wharf
company in Quaker Neck, Kent county, on Chester river.
No. 183. An act to incorporate the Town of Princess Anne
in Somerset' county, Maryland.
No. 184. An act to repeal article 71 of the Code of Public
General Laws of the State of Maryland, entitled Oysters, and
to re-enact the same with amendments.
No. 185. An act for the protection of the public against
medical imposters and for the suppression of the crime of
unlawful abortion.
No. 186. An act to add the following sections to article 81
of the Code of Public General Laws, title Revenue and
Taxes, sub-title, Direct Taxes, relating to the sale of real
and leasehold estates for taxes, in the several counties.
No. 187. An act to limit the amount of stationery fur-
nished lo members and officers of the General Assembly, and
to provide a system of commutation.
