standing debts against the National road;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Judicial Proceedings.

Mr. Earle, from the Committee on Finance, reported a bill
entitled, an Act to authorize the School Commissioners of
Queen Anne's county to dispose of a part of a school lot there-
in named:

Which was read the first, time.
On motion by Mr. Earle,

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

On motion by Mr. Earle,

Was read the third time by special order and passed by
yeas and nays as follow :

Mr. Vickers, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
reported a bill entitled, an Act to provide an additional poll
for election' district No. 2 in Frederick connty, and amenda-
tory of an Act passed by the General Assembly on the first
day of February, 1862, chapter 53, to divide said district into
two polls and to repeal all acts inconsistent with this act;

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Vickers, from the Committee on Judicial Proceed-
ings, to which was referred the bill entitled, an Act to pro-
vide for the restoration of the records, indexes and papers
destroyed or injured by fire in the office of the clerk of the
circuit court for Baltimore county j
