copy each, to the Justices of the Peace in Balti-
more city, one copy each, and to one Justice of the
Peace in each District, to be selected by the Clerk |

of the Circuit Court for the county; provided, as to
said Justices in said Baltimore city, and in the
Districts, that the volumes hereby authorized to
be furnished to said Justices, shall be handed over
by them to the Clerks of the Circuit Courts of the
several counties or to the Superior Court of Balti-
more city, at the expiration of the times for which
they may have been elected or appointed, or in
case of resignation or removal. |

Sec. 4. And be it enacted, That the remain-
der of said copies be deposited in the State Library
for the use of the State. |

Sec. 5. And be it enacted, That one hundred
dollars or so much thereof as may be required, be
and hereby is appropriated to pay the expenses of
the aforesaid distribution of said work. |

take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to authorize the payment of the Bounty
of William Wecker. |
Preamble. |
WHEREAS, it appears that William Wecker was
enlisted into the Military service of the United
States, and was entitled to the Bounty of three
hundred dollars offered by the Act passed Janua-
ry Session, eighteen hundred and sixty-five, and
was honorably discharged, this discharge certify-
ing that no objection to his being enlisted was
known to exist, and the Bounty of said Wecker
was, by the Comptroller, paid over to the Bounty
Commissioner of Baltimore county, and is now in
his hands, and the said Wecker was duly credited |
