SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That in case of the decease of any
parties entitled to bounty under the Acts of Feb-
ruary third, eighteen hundred and sixty-five,
and March fourteenth, eighteen hundred, and.
sixty-five, Chapter one hundred and six, the
amount unpaid which would have been payable to
said parties shall be paid in the following order :

First : To the widow of «aid party, if there be
one; second, if he leave no widow, then to his
children equally; third, if he leave no widow,
child or children, then to his mother; fourth, if
he leaves no mother, then to his father; "and if
no father, then to his brother and sisters equally,
and if he leave no brother or sister, then the same
shall revert to the State. |

Sec. 2. And be it enacted. That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage. |
