said original samples shall make affidavit that he
has lost them, the inspector shall draw new sam-
ples and mark the same, and make record thereof
as herein provided, and shall charge for redrawing
as above the sum of fifty cents, and in case of a
redraw, it shall be the duty of the inspector to re-
turn the original sample to the owner or his agent,
after writing in prominent letters across the lable,
the word "cancelled."

Owner to pay

Sec. 25. The owner or agent of each. hogshead
of stayed tobacco reconditioned and packed in any
State Tobacco Warehouse, shall pay in proportion
to the amount of tobacco in each hogshead requir-
ing reconditioning from fifty cents to two dollars

therefore; provided, however, that he shall have
the privilege of removing the same elsewhere than
to an other of said warehouses for the purpose of
having the same reconditioned and packed.

Storage.

Sec. 26. Every hogshead of tobacco which shall
be sold by the grower or his agent, and remain in
any warehouse under the charge of an inspector
for a period of more than twelve months from the
date of inspection shall be liable to a charge of
twelve cents and a half per month storage for
every month after the expiration of the said twelve
months, to be paid before the said tobacco shall be

houses at the time of the passage of this Act.

Outage.

Sec. 27. Every hogshead of tobacco shall be
liable to the charge of two dollars outage, if weigh-
ing less than eleven hundred pounds and twelve
and a half cents additional for every hundred
pounds over that weight, which shall be paid by
the purchaser thereof to the inspector having
charge of the same before it is removed, and shall
be liable to no other charge not hereinbefore

Scrap tobac-
co.

Sec. 28. All scrap tobacco accruing at any of
the warehouses shall be packed in hogsheads, a
fail. average sample of each hogshead taken, and
the inspector having charge thereof shall sell the
