Sec. 2. And be it enacted. That all Acts of As-
sembly, or any parts thereof inconsistent with the
provisions of this Act, be, and the same are hereby
repealed. |

AN ACT entitled, an Act repealing the charter of
the Union Rosine Association of Baltimore city,
and authorizing the transfer of all its rights,
immunities and property to the Maryland In-
dustrial School for Girls. |
Authority to
transfer. |
SECTION 2. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Union Rosine Associa-
tion of Baltimore city, incorporated by an Act of
Assembly, passed March the seventh, eighteen
hundred and sixty, be and is hereby authorized to
transfer and assign all its rights and immunities,
property and effects of every description to the
Maryland industrial School for Girls, incorpo-
rated by an Act of Assembly, passed February the
eighth, eighteen hundred and sixty-six, and that
the said Maryland Industrial School for girls be,
and is hereby authorized to receive the same; and
further, that upon such transfer being made, the
charter of the said Union Rosine Association of
Baltimore city shall stand and be forever repealed,
and the said Maryland Industrial School for Girls
shall from thenceforth be endowed with all the
rights and immunities and corporate powers here-
tofore belonging to the said Union Rosine Asso-
ciation of Baltimore city. |
