they shall select another disinterested person, and
the award of a majority shall be final, and the
Company shall pay the same within ninety days
after the date of their award.

Sec. 20. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

Sec. 21. And be it enacted. That the General
Assembly reserves to itself the right to alter or
amend this charter at pleasure.
