stationary purchased by the Librarian for the
present session, including the extra stationary or-
dered by the two Houses, six thousand five hun-
dred dollars; for binding the laws, journals and
documents of the present session, two thousand
dollars; to pay the expenses of distributing the
laws journals and documents to the clerks and
registers of this State, and to the States and Ter-
ritories, one hundred and fifty dollars; to pay the
members of the General Assembly, their officers
and attendants, including the cost of printing,
postage and miscellaneous expenses, and the per
diem to the Speaker of the House of Delegates,
and the President of the Senate, each one hundred
and fifty thousand dollars; for the indexing of the
laws and journals of the Senate and the House of
Delegates, and for indexing the public documents
of eighteen hundred and sixty-one—two, eighteen
hundred and sixty-four, eighteen hundred and
sixty-five, eighteen hundred and sixty-six and
eighteen hundred and sixty-seven, one thousand
dollars; to pay the expenses of the Constitutional
Convention, including the per diem of members,
officers and employees, reporters, printing, sta-
tionery and incidental expenses, one hundred and
twenty-five thousand dollars.

BALTIMORE CITY.

For the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore,
as per article four, section one hundred and twen-
ty-seven of Public Local Laws, twenty thousand
dollars; to the Maryland Institute, for the promo-
tion of mechanic arts, five hundred dollars; to the
members of the Appeal Tax Court of Baltimore
City, fifty dollars each, one hundred and fifty
dollars; to the Register of Baltimore City, three
hundred dollars; to the Maryland Penitentiary for
so much on account of the salaries of its officers;
eight thousand dollars for the support of the Ma-
ryland Penitentiary; ten thousand dollars for the
Aged Men and Women's Home; one thousand
dollars to the House of Refuge, an annual appro-
priation of fifteen thousand dollars, and ten thou-
sand dollars for an additional wing thereto; to the
Home of the Friendless, an annual appropriation
of five thousand dollars, and seven thousand, five
