cent's Infant Asylum in the city of Baltimore, fif-
teen hundred dollars; and fifteen hundred dollars
to the Directors of the Maryland Institute, for the
use and benefit of the School of Design. |
Contingent
Funds. |
To the Executive for the contingent fund pro-
vided in the Constitution, to be placed at his dis-
posal, seventy-five hundred dollars; to the contin-
gent fund of the Treasury Department, fifteen
hundred dollars; for printing blank licenses, pro-
tests, circulars and warrants for the Comptroller,
two thousand dollars; for the contingent fund of
the Library, including the expense of postage,
porterage and freight, of stationery for use of
office, of menial service and assistance, of adver-
tising and printing, and other incidental expenses,
fifteen hundred dollars; for the augmentation of
the Library, to be expended as provided in section
seventeen of article fifty-five of the Code of Pub-
lic General Laws, four hundred dollars; for the
cost of printing the Annual Report of the Comp-
troller, eight hundred dollars; for the expense of
advertising the list of Foreign Insurance Agents,
three hundred dollars; for contingent fund of the
Adjutant General's office, one thousand dollars ;
for the expense of fuel and lights for the Public
Buildings and Grounds, six thousand dollars; for
the expenses of publishing the list of officers in
default to the State, two thousand dollars; for the
contingent fund of the Commissioner of the Land
Office, three hundred dollars; for the contingent,
fund of the Lieutenant Governor and Speaker of
the House of Delegates, one thousand dollars, to
defray their expenses while acting as members of
the State Board of Education; for the postage of
the Executive and Treasury Departments, the
Land Office, the Adjutant General, Lieutenant
Governor and Secretary of State, one thousand
two hundred dollars. |
