may desire, at a reduction of ten per cent. from
the average price of similar articles in the Balti- |

more markets; provided, that this reduction is only
to apply to three-fourths the amount of stock so
held, and provided that all settlements shall be
made by Stockholders in the same manner as with
other purchases.

AN ACT entitled an Act to authorize the Com-
missioners of Worcester County to accept and
establish as a County Road, a road therein des-
cribed, which road shall be a division line be-
tween that portion of Worcester and Somerset
Counties. |

WHEREAS, it has been represented to the Gene-
ral Assembly, that a portion of the County Road,
near the Delaware State line, has been changed,
and has not been received by the County Commis-
sioners as a county road; therefore, |
Preamble. |
Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Commissioners of Worcester
County be, and they are hereby authorized and
directed to accept and establish the said road as a
county road, beginning at the Delaware State line
and running until it intersects the Old County
Road, leading from the town of Laurel, in Dela-
ware, to the town of Salisbury, in Somerset Coun-
ty and further, that said road shall be considered
as the division line between that portion of Som-
erset and Worcester Counties. |

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage. |
