Mr. Mules, from the Committee on Corporations, to which
was referred the .bill entitled, an Act to amend and re-enact
section two of chapter 67, of the act of 1866, entitled an Act
to incorporate the Plum Point Wharf Company of Calvert
county;

Reported it without amendment.

The bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Mules, from, the Committee on Corporations, to which
was referred the bill entitled, a supplement to an Act entitled
an Act to incorporate the New Windsor Library Company in
Car roll county;

Reported it without amendment.

The bill was then read a second time.

Mr. Mules, from the Committee on Corporations, to which
was referred the bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Ha-
gerstown Water Company;

Reported it without amendment.
The bill was then read a second time.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates delivered joint resolu-
tions relating to non-residents;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Finance.

Also, joint resolution directing the Comptroller to adjust
the account of the State School tax for 1865 with Prince
George's county;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Education.

Also, joint resolution requiring the Adjutant-General of the
State of Maryland to request the Hon. Sectretary of War to
furnish to the office of the Adjutant-General the rolls of the
38th regiment of colored volunteers, the 1st and 2d regiments
of colored cavalry and battery "B," of colored volunteers,
which were recruited in the State of Maryland, and mustered
in the service of the United State;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Militia.

And returned the following bills :

A bill entitled, an Act to repeal section nine of the Act of
January session 1866, chapter 119, incorporating the Union
Rail Road Company of Baltimore, and re-enacting the same
with amendments; and also to add additional sections thereto.

Endorsed, "passed by yeas and nays."

A bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Travellers' Life
Insurance Company of Baltimore.

Endorsed, "passed by yeas and nays."
