AN ACT for the relief of the Saint Mary's Female
Seminary. |

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the Comptroller shall is-
sue his warrant payable to the Treasurer of the
Saint Mary's Female Seminary, the sum of fifteen
($1500) hundred dollars or so much thereof as
shall be necessary, to repair and put in proper
condition, the said Seminary, and that this Act
shall take effect from its passage. |

AN ACT to secure settlement with the County
Commissioners of the several counties and the
Register of the City of Baltimore, for bounty
funds, paid by the Treasurer of the State into
their hands under Act of eighteen hundred and
sixty-four, Chapter fifteen, and also with the
Maryland State Bounty Commissioners for the
said counties and city respectively, for bounty
funds placed in their hands under the Act of eigh-
teen hundred and sixty-five. Chapters thirty-
three and one hundred and six respectively. |

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the several parties or bodies
corporate, intrusted with the distribution of these
bounty funds, as set forth in the Acts referred to,
in the title to this Act, be and they are hereby di-
rected and required to make report on or before
the first day of June of this current year, to the
Comptroller of the Treasury, in detailed form:
