tors or administrators, or their guardians, agents or
attorneys, before the said street, lane or alley shall
be opened, altered or closed, and any person ag-
grieved by said decision may at any time within
sixty days, appeal to the Circuit Court for said
county, which shall hear and determine the same
as in appeals from County Commissioners, and the
said Commissioners are authorized to levy a special
tax, not exceeding twenty cents on the one hun-
dred dollars as a street tax to be collected and paid
as other Corporation tax of said town. |

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage. |
