Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Judicial Proceedings.

A bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Miners and Me-
chanics co-operative store of Franklin mines in Allegany
county;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.

A bill entitled, an Act authorizing the Commissioners of
Worcester county to accept and establish as a county road, a
road therein described, and making said road the division
line of that portion of Worcester and Somerset counties;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Committee
on Internal Improvements.

A bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Live Stock and
Fire Insurance Company of Maryland;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.
