The President laid before the Senate the memorial of John
De La Camp, in relation to the Boundary Line between Mary-
land and Virginia;

Which was read, and

On motion of Mr. Ohr,

Referred to the Committee on Federal Relations.

Mr. Billingslea presented the petition of 240 citizens of
Harford county, praying the passage of a law prohibiting the
sale of intoxicating drinks in and around Fallstown, in said
county, for the space of three miles;

Which was read, and

Referred to Messrs. Billingslea, Vickers and Henkle.

Mr. Bowie presented the memorial of T. G. Townsend, of
