On motion by Mr. Kimmel,

The rules were suspended, and a bill entitled, an Act to
eularge and confirm the powers and authority of Saint Mary's
Industrial School for Boys of the city of Baltimore, incorpo-
rated under the General Provisions of the 26th Article of the
Code ;

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays as
follow:

Mr Spates, from the Select Committee, reported a bill en-
titled' an Act to repeal sections 1, 2 and 3, added to article 41
of the Code of Public General Laws, by Chapter 71, enacted
February 11th, 1864 ;

Which was read the first time.

Mr Mules, from the Committee on Corporations, to which
was referred the bill entitled, an Act to repeal sections 5, 6
and 8 of chapter twenty-four, passed December session, 1835,
entitled "an Act to authorize William Krebs, Richard Lin-
thicum ' and William Linthicum, to build a bridge over
Gwynn's Falls, at or near where the present bridge stands,
known as the Long Bridge, and to enact substitutes there-

for."

Reported it without amendment,

The bill was then read the second time.

was referred the bill entitled, an Act to amend an Act en-
titled, an Act to incorporate the Safe Deposit 'Company of
