Being under consideration,

Mr. Vickers by unanimous consent submitted the following
amendments:

In the tittle, after the words "Thomas Lusby," insert the
words "John Haddaway and Samuel Franklin Smith."

In the 5th line, of the 1st section, after the word "Lusby,"
insert "John Haddaway and Samuel Franklin Smith."

In the 9th line of the 1st section, 'after the word "Lusby,"
insert the words "John Haddaway and Samuel Franklin
Smith."

In the 10th line of the 1st section, strike out the word
"him," and insert the word "them."

Which were read and adopted.

The bill was then read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays as follow:
