A bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Home Fire In-
surance Company of Baltimore;

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.

A bill entitled, an Act for the relief of Richard C. Hardes-
ty, Administrator of George W. Sherwood, deceased, late
clerk of the Circuit Court for Baltimore city;

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Finance.

A bill entitled, an Act, to incorporate the President and
Directors of the Empire Mutual Insurance Company of Balti-
more, Maryland;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.

A bill entitled, an Act, to incorporate the Monumental
Fire Insurance Company of Baltimore ;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.

A bill entitled, an Act, to incorporate the Mutual Life In-
surance Company of Allegany county ;

tee on Corporations.

A bill entitled, an Act, to repeal sections 1, 2 and 3, of
chapter 43, of laws passed at January session, 1862, entitled,
"Wild Fowl,' and to re-enact the same with amendments ;

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Judicial Proceedings.

A bill entitled, an Act, to protect persons known as
"Hucksters," in Washington and Allegany counties ;

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs. Da-
vis, of Washington, Spates and Young.

A bill entitled, an Act, appropriating a sum of money to
pay the claims of W. K. Boyle, Frederick Raine, William
