the provision of article thirty-five of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws relating to contested elections, William Devecmon,
Patrick Hammil, William A. Bryden and John McElfish, who
are contesting your election to the House of Delegates under
the election held in Allegany county, Maryland, on Tuesday,
November the 6th, in the year 1866, have applied to the un-
