NOTICE.

To William B. McCulley, Samuel M. Holler, D. C. Bruce and

Charles Gilpin.

Gentlemen: You are hereby notified that in accordance with
the provision of article thirty-five of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws relating to contested elections, William Devecmon,
Patrick Hammil, William A. Bryden and John McElfish, who
are contesting your election to the House of Delegates under
the election held in Allegany county, Maryland, on Tuesday,
November the 6th, in the year 1866, have applied to the un-
dersigned, a Justice of the Peace of the State of Maryland in
and for Allegany county aforesaid, for a notice under my hand
and seal to be directed to you, notifying you that they will
examine before me the persons as witnesses who are herein-
