The Senate bill entitled, an Act to restrict swine from run-
ning at large in the twelfth district of Baltimore county,
(being the unfavorable report of Select Committee,)
Being upon a third reading,
On motion of Mr. Ford,

The enacting clause wa.8 stricken out.

The bill entitled, an Act to amend the Act of 1835, chap-
ter 246, entitled, an Act to incorporate the Baltimore and
Peach Bottom Railroad Company by the appointment of Com-
missioners in the place of those who have died, with proposed
amendments.

The Senate amendments were concurred in and the bill as
amended passed by yeas and nays as follow :

the Committee on Federal Relations upon the proposed Con-
gressional amendment to the XIV article of the Constitution
of the United States with the accompanying resolutions, viz :
