"four." The committee recommend that the Senate recede
from the 8th amendment proposed by them. The House
agrees to the Senate's 9th and 10th amendments, and recom-
mend their adoption. The committee recommend that the
Senate recede frem the 11th amendment in lieu of the 13th
amendment proposed by the Senate. The committee recom-
mend that the words "one thousand," on page 6, and in line
10, be stricken out and "eight hundred" inserted.
