So it appearing that a majority of all the members elected
to the House not having voted in the affirmative, the resolu-
tions were rejected.

ANNAPOLIS, March 22, 1867.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:
We have received your message informing us that you dis-
sent to some of the amendments to the appropriation bills.
The Senate have declined to recede from their amendments,
and respectfully desire a Committee of Conference. We have
appointed Messrs. Vickers, Compton and Tome on the part
of the Senate.
