titled, an Act to appropriate one hundred thousand dollars
for the relief of destitute people in States wasted by civil
war;

Which was read a second time.

The bill entitled, an Act to refund a sum of money paid
into the State Treasury erroneously by John M. Bond, of the
fifth election district of Baltimore county;

Was read a second, and

Three-fourths of all the members concurring,

A third time.
